PS3 Link Assumed Root Issue

I've tried to set the root url to"http:www.boomco.com/store_ps3/", but I still get the same error when I set the local root to "/".

Incidently, the site works whether the root url is set to "boomco.com" or "boomco.com/store_ps3/". But the links generated by the site still expose the underlying folder structure ("www.boomco.com/store_ps3/page..." instead of "www.boomco.com/page...")

I've tried a number of combinations with the root url, local root, and remote root settings, and nothing is working. Is there something I'm missing about hosting PowerStore in a subfolder, mapped to the main domain?
