PS3 Link Assumed Root Issue

Hi. I'm having a problem with the link structure that is being produced by PS3. My store is installed in a subfolder on the server, but is defined as the root for the domain using .htaccess rewrites.

The links should read as "www.boomco.com/Products_Detail.php..." but include the subfolder name, ie "www.boomco.com/store_ps3/Products_Detail.php..."

I'm assuming that this has to do with how PS3 sets the root for the site.
What do I need to do to change this behavior?

The site can be reached at www.boomco.com. It is set up to use https by default, if that matters.

Thanks.
