Problems with user Authentication and Session Variable

I'm baffled on this one.

I have a standard login page, authenticates on LogonID and Password. I also set the Session variable to the LogonID. The Logon works fine as it directs to the proper pages upon success or fail.

The page that it goes to is a standard my account page with a recordset based on the session variable, and I've placed bindings on the page from the record set.

But no data appears.

I can drag the Session variable binding to the page, and that shows up - so I know it's there. But for some reason it's not creating my record set! Is there something different about the binding session variable and the actual one?
