How to Use Horizontal Menu as Basis for Vertical Menu

How to Use Horizontal Menu as Basis for Vertical Menu

I created a new horizontal menu using CSS Menu Writer, which I saved as a preset since I have a number of custom configuration items, like font, color, etc., that I want to reuse. I now want to use this saved horizontal menu preset as a basis for generating a new vertical menu, since I want the same look-and-feel in both menus.

Right now, I have to manually note all the setting in the various tabs in the horizontal menu and then manually enter them into the new horizontal menu, which is quite labor intensive.

How can I now easily reuse this saved horizontal menu preset as the basis of generating a new vertical menu? Thanks in advance.
