OK, but please explain a bit more

I purchased

* HTML Editor
* Formbuilder 1
* Universal Email (which includes)
* Digital File Pro.

To say, that all this added functionality is worth an upgrade from FB version 1 to FB version 2 might be right if I had bought nothing else. But what value would I get more, concerning the products I mentioned and paid for the updates already?
For me it looks more like another bundle of products, or can I have the same functionality re FB2 regarding my products above?

Please shed some light on this.
