Your supper suite purchase does include free updates.

From Version 1 of CSS Form builder to Version 2 is an Upgrade however. It is a completely new version including new functionality. as an owner of supper suite, we make Upgrades available at a discount usually 50% of the full cost.

This is the same idea as going from Dreamweaver CS3 to Dreamweaver CS4. Adobe would not give you CS4, but they do offer CS4 to owners of a previous version at a discount.
