Map won't show up

Sorry for the noob questions here, but I am having trouble using Pro Maps for the first time. I obtained an API and generated my static map using only one simple address. I then uploaded my html page and all I get is a blank page. What could I be doing wrong? I tried getting a new API code, changing street addresses, tried viewing the page locally as well as live on my site. When viewed locally I get the gray box, zoom keys, etc with no map. Viewing live I get nothing. I'm using a Mac OS 10.5.8, Dreamweaver CS4 with the Web Assist extension v1.07. Thanks ahead of time. Here is the link:
