Server formats missing now

I have upgraded to DW CS5 and the currency formatting for my ecart (version 5.0.2) is now missing.
My previous code had been written like this:
<?php echo WA_eCart_DisplayMoney($ecoCart, $ecoCart->GrandTotal()); ?>

Now, If I insert the same binding it shows like:
<?php echo $ecoCart->GrandTotal(); ?>

The Format option on 1 computer is missing entirely (grayed out) and on my laptop (which was a clean install not an upgrade) the format lists only: None, AlphaCase, Trim, Convert and Encode options, but no WA formatting.

I tried removing the extensions, deleting my configuration folder and reinstalling the extensions. Still no luck. Is this functionality not longer supported? Or am I missing something here??
