javascript error - locks everything

I have a an HTML edit field on my web page. I select the field then 'edit' from the properties panel and the HTML edit dialogue opens.

First time, I was trying to edit a custom Editor preset. Second time I was trying to customize the Global File Upload Settings.

Error message comes up:
"While executing onLoad in WA_iRite_Site_Settings.htm, a JavaScript error occurred."

The HTML Editor:Site Settings dialogue box goes blank and I can't close it. Behind it, the HTML Editor main dialogue box remains and I can't do anything with it either.

I have to force quite DW from Acitivity Monitor.
