I've just found something else out, when you right-click on the image and select open image in a new tab (this is in Google Chrome) you get these error messages:

PHP Warning: imagettfbbox() [<a href='plugins/function.imagettfbbox'>function.imagettfbbox</a>]: Could not find/open font in \\10.0.3.22\home\yellowcircle.co.uk\public_html\yc-site-2010\WA_ValidationToolkit\WAVT_CaptchaSecurityImages.php on line 125

I don't think the TTF file is being uploaded correctly by Dreamweaver. It wouldn't allow me to upload the file at first stating that there was a permissions problem. This was not true as I was able to change the filename within Dreamweaver, upload the file and then change it back on the remote server without any permission restrictions. Each time I uploaded the files to test my form it was always the TTF file that wouldn't upload.

I then tried to FTP the file with Filezilla instead of Dreamweaver and had no problems doing so, I didn't have to change the file name either. I noticed that the file transfer mode it was using was binary (which I understand is correct for this file type). However, even after using Filezilla I cannot get the Captcha image to display.

I don't know if any of that helps, but I thought I would mention it being as the errors I just found are related to the TTF file.
