Captcha not displaying on live server - GD library is enabled

Hi,

I'm having a problem with Captcha not displaying when I upload my page to our web server. I've double checked that the GD image library is enabled and it is. We're running PHP version 5.

The page works fine on my local testing server without changing anything at all.
