multiple keyword search phrases

are you entering the double quotes?

If you look at the keyword settings, there is a setting for Start Encapsulator and end Encapsulator, by default this sis set to ". this means if you enter the search as with the double quotes, they will be treated as one phrase. If you do not enter the double quotes around the search phrase, it will be treated as separate search words
