Worldpay not transferring all data

I have set up a site using ecart, It is a static ecommerce site due to the limited number of products being sold, when a order is placed there is no information being passed to the worldpay screen exept for the first character as per attachment at the bottom,

one i stated in the add to cart fields a description to be passed to the cart, this works,

how would i also implement so that an email is sent to the sales department stating that an order has been placed and the items are listed?

Please please i am desperate to get this finished now, it is the description which is the pain.

many thanks in advance
