New field not validating

On this page EllegroForm.php I've added a field "address".
The form works as expected and all data is sent. However if you don't fill in the "address" field the form is processed anyway without an error.

I tried following your various instructions as to how to add a field but I guess they were over my head.
Could you please give a more comprehensive, detailed path for us to follow when making changes to CFSP?
I do own WebDeveloper Suite so I have the tools necessary, just not the skill set - yet.
