PowerCMS 2.01 Hangs after image upload

After successfully uploading an image via the content editor, I can see the image in the preview screen. However, the system hangs at that point and I can't do anything except close the browser.

Using FTP I noticed that your system saves the image with a file permission of 777, which will freak-out the ISP because they allow up to 755.

Could that be why things are hanging?

Where can I change the parameters for the image saver?

Thank you.
