CMS with Site Assist Question

I haven't used SiteAssist for a couple years and am thinking of upgrading and using as a low volume CMS - as opposed to using a full blown Joomla! setup.

Q: If I set up my SA site, and add content later via the content manager feature, how are these new pages backed up? In event of a host crash or moving a website, how do I retrieve that content keeping the same URLs if I have not added (saved) the pages using DW on my hard drive?
