The Create Link option that you are referring to was not included in Site Sculptor's content management feature. In PowerCMS 2 this link would display the URL parameter that needed to be appended to the URL to display that particular template page. However since Site Sculptor knows the complete URL for that page, it provides a direct link instead.

For a future release we can consider adding an option to display the link to the page instead of taking you drectly to it.
