PHP would account for this automatically, but asp does not.

change:

ATC_itemSetDescription = "" & cStr((rsSetsLookup.Fields.Item("OptionName").Value)) & ""' column binding

to:

If rsSetsLookup.BOF and rsSetsLookup.EOF Then
    ATC_itemSetDescription = ""' column binding
Else
    ATC_itemSetDescription = "" & cStr((rsSetsLookup.Fields.Item("OptionName").Value)) & ""' column binding
End If
