DFP2 - can't see progress bar

No template and I'm using DWCS4 and mac os 10.5.7

Only thing I can think of is that when I tried to remove the old version of DFP it took about 5 minutes to remove. Could this be the problem and should I try to remove and reinstall the new extension?
