Made suggested changes and customer email not changing
I have a similar issue here Eric that just needs one last step to complete sorting the problem :
The complete file changes (the new confirm and pp_confirm) you suggested work for adjusting my order history page so I can see what the customer has ordered. Additionally, the code changes you outlined above ( for WA_Universal_Email > Templates > receipt.php and pp_receipt.php) provide the option details on the order summary the customer sees on the screen, however in the confirmatory email to the customer, these details are not given - all the customer sees is the base product description and quantity. I need them to see the options they selected in this email since one of these is customer supplied details for the order. I thought I might be able to effect this by pasting the code you generated into the receipt.php and pp_receipt.php files in the folder WA_Universal_Email>Email Templates (think the lines were 41 and 46 respectively) but this didn't make the desired change. Can you give me some code that would change it?
Can you advise if this issue has moved on - I notice you opened a ticket for someone so I'm not sure how I track this issue now
