css sculptor2 java script error

I have reviewed executed all of the instructions regarding the deletion of dw "cache" files including _back configuration "fix" for 2 days with no success. I even tried reinstalling dw and the whole process. read all the documentation, seems like a no brainer. I have had this extension working before no problem, but I have been shut down for half year w/ no internet. now starting w/ new clean system, new adobe suite install, and can't get this one to work. it freezes after displaying this message: " while executing onLoad in wacs_wizard.htm, a JavaScript error occurred". no other info. I can't get any documented fixes to work. I running OS X 10.5 and adobe cs3.
