Hi Eric,

Thanks. The rule now works however the dollar symbol at the end still appears cutting off the second decimal point and it also rounds up. Eg the second flat rate shipping code for items less than 5.0kg is 12.75 and it displays as 12.8$ It does the same for the cart items.
