importing images/descriptions into database

importing images/descriptions into database

I just completed the DataAssist portion and now I want to upload images and descriptions to populate the database.

I updated to Universal Email 4.0.0 and uninstalled Digital File Pro as recommended. I can't seem to find documentation for Universal Email 4 on how to perform the task of populating the database. Even on the Universal Email 4 documentation it keeps referring back to Digital File Pro which I was told to delete.

Will I need to manually create catagories for uploading or will those be created automaticaly? How do I perform the uploads? Any documentation? It would really be beneficial to have a complete handbook based on a ground up approach for Ecommerce. I have the SuperSuite and have designed an Ecommerce site with SiteAssist Pro and CSS Sculptor.........finished DataAssist and now want to populate the database.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
