Thank you for the help.
I must note that nowhere in the Customizing the WA_Globals help .pdf does it say that this needs to be uploaded to the domain root directory. I had been loading it in the public_html directory. This may have been an obvious mistake to WA, but this is an important point that should be clarified in the help/installation files. Some of us are more novice than you can imagine.
Knowing this correction, are there any other files I need to put in the domain root vs. the public_html directory?

all of the folders included with the user registration solution pack should be uploaded to the same location as the registration page.

I have ALL the WA URSP files in BOTH the root and the public_html directories at the moment and the REGISTRATION WORKS!! ...Wonderfully I might add...
My question is:
Which of the two directories is the requirement? Root or public_html...or both?
I regret that I do not know website path requirements. I will study that as soon as I can. In the mean time, I will experiment with incremental deletion of files and directories until I get scorched to a cinder, but this seems unnecessary.
