Checkout won't calculate shipping

Eric, I would like to request a screen sharing session when I do my next attempt with the checkout procedure. All of my API credentilas are correct, so I don't understand why anything at all would be wrong. This is the final step in finally being able to create my own stores, and improve my fiscal life, so I'm very frustrated that I'm having trouble. My theory is that if you can't direct me through checkout to success, then we have a major problem. You can call me at 317-363-9850. PLease try to give me at least an hour heads up as to when u want to the screen sharing. I really need to resolve this issue ASAP! Thanks
