Number of Allowed Installations Per License

Thread began 3/16/2010 7:09 am by dlovas275157 | Last modified 3/16/2010 7:45 pm by dlovas275157 | 2120 views | 1 replies

Dear Web Assist,

I can see reasons why you might not want to allow three installs ... but could you please not at least consider some kind of 'auto-renew-all' mechanism. That is to say, a person can check one box on your web site, and that would automatically come over and validate and activate ALL their installed extensions in one fell swoop on the machine, instead of the extremely painful prresent method of having to go in and re-activate one by one. I recently had a computer crash and am now on a new laptop, and remember having to do this. That does not completely resolve this poster's issue or problem, with which I am sympathetic, but it does go at least some way to reducing the inconcvenience. This system could also be linked to being allowed to revalidate more than once a day, by the way. Then you work at home revalidate, go back to work, revalidate, go home revalidate again, go back to work, revalidate again. You could do this as you load Dreamweaver or similar.

Bye now.
