Admin or Public view in DataAssist wizard??

Q: We would like to display client information (services/products etc.) and am not sure which DataAssist "Public" view or "Adminstrative" view to use?

Our goal is to list: vendor contact info and 30 clothing lines with each having a line description and a class associated with them.

This site is for a Fashion Mart that lists their vendors. The search results will need to list the vendor contact information and the above listed (maximum) 30 lines, descriptions and classes assoicated with each line. This is not a store so we don't need prices or a cart as a part of this site.
