First line and source

First line and source

Is there any way to make the default view the source of the content instead of WYSIWYG ? even if it were plain text that would be perfect. I am working on a site but I only want the end-user to make txt changes not format changes. The code is place within the div tags on the page to format the content. Also I don't want it to inset the <p> in the first line of code either. This way I can use the CMS for meta tags like keywords and descriptions. It would give the end-user a little more control over SEO. Please let me know if either one of these can be done. Thanks
