Hi Jason,

I'm at a loss as to what to do and need your guidance asap. My understanding is that the new PS3 is a turn key solution yet its been two weeks between WA and my hosting providers to get past step 2. I've tried TPP Internet, godaddy and host-gator and they ALL stop at the same point - create view privilege and no one appears to be able to help. Can you by-pass this step? is there a manual install process? why can't a hosting provider enable this feature?
