Using the WA template My City

Using the WA template My City

My first question in this forum, and perhaps not in the right place. (Couldn't find an area on templates.)

I downloaded the template My City. My client and I have modified the main Photoshop file, and I am ready to convert that to a functioning web page.

I'd think that Web Assist would provide some guidance in doing that, but I've found none. The words for My City say to start with the "readme.txt" file but my download doesn't have one.

Sans guidance, I'll compare the PSD file to the finished images - and endeavor to do the same. Just seems that an overview and specific tips might be labor-saving.

(If I was supposed to install the My City template within Dreamweaver or within a WebAssist component, well, I haven't done that.)
