Menu Writer Edit Contents

I created my custom menu on one page and then copied that page over and over creating my site. I want to add another link to the menu so I went to the Menu Writer to Edit Content and added the new link. I then saved and/or updated my existing preset. I then updated and uploaded the CSSMenuWriter folder on my host site but none of the pages have the newly adding link. What am I doing wrong? I can access the Menu Writer from different pages locally and it shows the link is there but but it won't update that page till I save it on that page. I hope I don't have to do this for each page every time I want to add or delete page links on my site. Please Help!
