How do I change shipping and tax for international customers

Hi Eric,

My knowledge of php is very limited. I built a recordset with a variable I called vareuropeID, and I set it to 1. In the table tblcountries the column eu_member is set to 1 for members of the European Union. The test produces all the countries that are set to 1.

I have no clue how to write the if statement. If you could help me with that, I would try to get it to work.
