As I have not been able to get this to work properly, would it be possible for you to provide some step by step instructions as to how to get this to work?

I really need to get moving on this and I have spent the day futzing with it, to no avail.

Perhaps a new thread that could be made a sticky, so that others don't have to go through this same thing.

I will likely be quite a while before your documentation team gets out a document.
