Dynamic Dropdown on update page tutorial or documentation

If I may suggest that this would be a good thing to have a tutorial for. Many people have been in here asking if this is possible, and frankly the posts and their answers are confusing to a new user.

There will be lots of people here from the ADDT group, now that it has been discontinued (god rest its soul!) and they will all be confused by this process.

If I may say, that the one thing that is very frustrating about these WA Extensions so far is the lack of integration between them. ADDT did a very good job of making the Extensions work with each other, if desired, where as the WA Extensions are all very seperate from each other.

I will re-look at what is going on with mine and see if I can decypher your answer in order to troubleshoot my problems.

If not I will be back to ask for a more clear step by step answer.

Thank you,
