Check for duplicate email address as well as username (user registration)

1) Since the server validation is using values that are created by the recordset, the recordset code needs to be before the validation code.

2) colname_newsletter will only have a value if the fieldset_group_Email_address form element has a value.

Can you send the entire php page in a zip file so I can see the code in context.
