Are you saying your SuperSuite purchase did not provide what you purchased? Or are you saying you were attacked by SuperSuite?
I feel they should have at minimum included the membership activation fee to customers who purchased the entire suite. What was wrong with all of the introductory specials and sales?
I too have been shunned by Webasist staff who gave me the pre-formatted response: "Unfortunately, we cannot offer any kind of discount on the Extension Library Membership Program" and then refused to answer a followup response. Maybe because this has been discussed to death already. Take a look at the post count in this thread alone.
Stuck between a rock and a hard place, and I guess they have enough business they don't need to listen. If they don't listen, how do you explain this:
