Quick UE question

i don't have UE yet but am considering buying. Can UE be used to create a single static file that can be sent to a third party for mass mailing?

My immediate use only involves the last tab, body, for making a text/html multipart/alternative file. This file is going to be sent off to an email house which will take care of the mass mailing. (A rather small mass of only 500-600)

UE seems to be built around the concept that you will be sending personalized emails from a known server and you are taking care of the from, to, cc... and the rest.

Any problems with this initial simple use?
