I see. Sorry I probably should have understood that from your original post.

I've never done it or tested it. I could imagine it would work if you just used negative margins like you suggest since the margins are exposed.

The preview may not work right, and it might be hard to get it all to line up with having to set the negative margins for each level incrementally, but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible.
