uploading php page protection in an asp website...

I'm working on an asp website but i would like to use DF Pro 2 (instead of DF Pro 1) because of its new options (ex. progress bar), but i need to protect the uploading php page: do you think it's possible to connect this single php page to the access database and protect it?... How could i do?...

I hope i could well explain my problem...
