Missing PHP Files in wwroot directory

I'm currently going through the video tutorials for Powershop Tutorial #4 & 5 say to transfer the E-learning folder to thw wwroot folder. I located the folder but I'm missing the PHP files there. In that folder I have :

ELearning (Folder)

I've installed EasyPHP

So I continue the tutorial copy e learning folder to the wwroot directory, and then Start New Site in dreamweaver as directed by the Tutorial. At the end I get this message code :

The site URL prefis [/e learning] for the testing server does not match the site URL prefix [] specified in HTTP Address for the site. This may cause pages using site relative links to display incorrectly at runtime. Proceed anyway?

I elect to proceed anyway.

I thent attempt to make a Connection to mysql or "databases button on DW" I get the following message :

HTTP Error Code 404 File Not Found. Here are some possible reasons for the problem:

1. There is no testing server running on the server machine.
2. The testing server specified for this site does not map to the e learning/_mmServerScripts/MMHTTPDB.php URL.
Verify that the URL Prefix maps to the root of the site.

This is where I get stuck and am unable to move on in the tutorial.

I've been working with this issue for two dayS already... IS THERE SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT COULD HELP ME PLEASE? PLEASE.... PLEASE.... PLEASE....
