That's interesting that you get that slow of a load because I get the mediarapids.net page in about 2 seconds. But even assuming 45 seconds. The mediarapid.net page first redirects to mediarapids.com. Which is a rather large eZ Publish CMS website. The home page, which is what you would have gotten, is running a 600x400 video and if you take a look at the html and css for that home page in firebug you will see that it is a large number of layers of templates and overriding style sheets. So you got all of that loaded up 10 seconds faster the the PowerGallery alone on a single page. Frankly, you really can't use a comparison of the 2.
