Your PayPal transaction could not be completed.

These are the procedures I follow but I keep getting an error:

-I enter the page, I purchase the products and it sends me to the check out page

-In the check out page I pick the PAYPAL option

-It sends me to the SANDBOX page so I could enter my user name and password

-I enter the PW and it sends me into the buyer account of trial in the following link address and proceed to pay: webscr?cmd=_flow&SESSION=twAeu028uvX_4qRP5PwmsViDYrfXkHw2WMb-bxqGLn3UuUWfxaLL2NQg9O8&dispatch=50a222a57771920b6a3d7b606239e4d529b525e0b7e69bf0224adecfb0124e9b833248354cf50881e4ea372b2a42d76305e03018dc2a2bc7

- when the it leaves the sandbox it returns to my site it goes to this page: pp_confirm.php?token=EC-9TF575741X0604241&PayerID=X2G4JUHPNSZ6N

Then I hit submit order option

-It returns to the same page but with this link address:

I hit SUBMIT ORDER again

It takes me to this link: pp_checkout_failure.php
and it does not get an error message in the page Source

NOTE: IN THE ACCOUNT (paypal trial) It is strange that it debits the account the is purchasing as well as it credits the vendor account

What might be wrong? Please help me for I need to finish this this site ASAP.
