Cant browse upload folder.

Here is the code from the config.php file. I have set the paths to be the correct folder but when I browse I still cant see the files that have been uploaded into the powerCMS folder.

$Config['UserFilesPath'] = "powerCMS folder/" ;

// Fill the following value it you prefer to specify the absolute path for the
// user files directory. Useful if you are using a virtual directory, symbolic
