eCart checkout wizard

PayPal checkout:
I have "PayFlo Pro and Pay Pal Express checkout. My online paypal checkout is not working. I can go to page "confirm.php but no link to paypal.
When I "FINISH" the wizard makes the checkout pages, pp_confirm,checkout,etc.
Where does the scripting information for "PP_ECO_PHP.php, PP_DirectPayment_PHP.php and PFPro_PHP.php." come from. Does the wizard use my account details to create these pages?
Are the pages verified? I am in Australia and my paypal account is Australian with the .com.au URL suffix. The scripts created seem to have .com Url suffix and persist in having "use sandbox" for testing even though I have not checked this box.
I would appreciate any feedback.
Regards
David
