Just after I wrote, I tried changing the permissions for the folder in Dreamweaver but they didn't seem to stick and it still didn't work. I called GoDaddy and they told me how to change them. But it still didn't work so I went back to my form. I've tried every which way of setting this thing up. Do you have some other documentation you can send me to? It's probably just some little thing I'm missing. Or any common errors you see that might get me straightened out?

Thank you,

I just read on another post about adding the debug binding so I did that. Here is my page. I think I was further ahead 4 hours ago and now I have this page so messed up. Hopefully you can understand it.

Thank you for you time.
