Replacing ecart image button to radio button

Hi Guys,
I would like to create a page that let my clients add many items in the shopping cart, but I want to insert the item into the cart automatically, without click on the "add to cart" button. When the client check the radio button the item go to the cart and the client stay in the same page, choosing more items. When the client uncheck the radio button, the item is removed from the cart. Is possible to make it?
(I don't want to show "add to cart" button)
Sample page:order-now.html
Thanks in advance for your help.
