CSS Sculptor 2 waon't activate

I have successfully downloaded and installed CSS Sculptor on Dreamweaver 8 But when the activation screen is displayed there is an error message stating that no internet connection is available when clearly there is. Even the link on the interface works. When I submit the serial No it agrees that it is correct but then I get an error message telling me to Submit to Technical Support request with a link that also works.

I've never encountered this problem before
