Dynamic Charts vs. Open Flash Chart

Hi,

When I right click on any of my charts displayed in the browser it identifies them as "Open Flash Charts", and takes me to a website:

tutorial.php

Which offers a free version of what I assume Dynamic Webcharts is based off of. However, there is a number of tutorials here on how to edit these charts. Are these tutorials relevant for Dynamic Webcharts?

Thanks
