New rules about spam

I have been diligent about just deleting spam. But the same peeps keep on keeping on, so new rules:

When a spammer posts, I will post their user email and say stop the spam. If other peeps want to be helpful, use that spammer's email to let them know we don't appreciate the intrusion. More than one can play this game.
