change your version's policy

I think you should change your version's policy or whatever it's called. As it is now, you compare which version you have installed with which version is on your website. If it is the same version, this is of course not updated. But it has now happened a number of times that you have told in forums that there is a new version of a plugin, without the version number changing. Which is misleading in my opinion.
